Covering a large area of Central Venezuela, Los Llanos is a prime wildlife destination. A flat, wet and largely open landscape, Los Llanos is ideal ground for searching out large numbers of birds and mammals.

Human habitation and interference is sparse, there are just a few lodges and a vast area of land to explore. You can travel on foot or by jeep; every excursion is different; family groups of capybara gather round the riverbanks, anaconda and caiman move amongst the swamp and colourful parrots and ibis fill the skies.
